Comfortable holiday home at a unique location (220 m2) with private pool, built in a hacienda style just outside of Kusadasi. The hacienda, established on 1ha. of land, is completely furnished and equipped with all conveniences and it remains cool in the house due to the roof. The Dutch owners have chosen many natural materials, space and atmosphere. The holiday home is equipped with two outside wings, one of which is furnished with a large dining table and the other with a lounge bench and an open hearth. From the terraces and the pool (40m2) you can enjoy the exquisite view over a valley and the sea. The holiday home is located on the sunny west coast of Turkey is suitable for cultural, nature or beach vacations. The world famous Efeze is 20 km away and the nature park Milli Park is 25 km away. There are many lovely (sand) beaches found in the direct vicinity. Note: Through the height variations in the terraces and the non-fenced yard, the vacation house is not suitable for families with children under 6 years!

Ground floor: 1 hall, 1 open plan kitchen (combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer), 1 living/diningroom (closed hearth, stereo, french doors, airconditioning), 2x bedroom (2 x single bed, shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet), 1 bedroom (double bed, bath, shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet), 1 WC, 1 storage room (washing machine). On 1st floor: 1 gallery bedroom (double sofa bed). General: fireplace, shower (outside), bedding, patio (private), garden (private), garden furniture, BBQ, swimmingpool (private, opened from May upto and including Sep).
Owner tips mansion
- Because of the hight differences in the terraces (untill 2 meters) and the lack of fences around these terraces, the house is not suited for children under the age of 6 years.- In the hacienda you will find an extensive information book with much excursions and tips (visiting nature reserve Milli Park, mineral baths, various historic sight in the surroundings, beautifull beaches, authentic restaurants)and various walks in a breathtaking surrounding (for which we ourselves have made descriptions with walking directions)- Our caretaker can arrange various things for you, f.i. a welcome packet, transfer from and to the airport, car rental, excursions in the surroundings- In the months June/July there is the International Izmir Festival (classical music and opera). It is partly held in the evenings at the ruines of Ephesus, in a breathtaking atmosphere. In the beginning of March there is the Izmir European Jazz Festival in Izmir.
